Bethel Bible Church actively supports five mission efforts at this time. They are listed below.
Philippine Evangelism Training (PET) Project
The PET Project was founded by Pastor and Mrs. William Hopper. They have been working with the Filipino pastors and workers in Leyte Baptist Seminary and home missions to plant churches on the islands of Leyte, Biliran, Limasawa, Panahon, and Samar since 1993. Bethel Bible Church has two “sister churches” in Naval, Biliran and Dulag, Leyte as a result of this ministry. Bill and Naomi also have a growing ministry among the Aborigine Negritos on Panay island.
Keith and Wendy Hock
Keith and Wendy Hock are missionaries with Biblical Ministries Worldwide, serving in Montevideo, Uruguay, where they have planted a church. They have five children who were home schooled in the mission field. You can visit their Facebook page here.
Good News Jail and Prison Ministry
Pastor Dennis Okata serves as the chaplain for the Hawaii chapter of this international organization. Bethel’s former pastor, Harold Dimmitt, volunteered with this mission before becoming a full-time chaplain in Virginia. You can visit their main website here.
