From the Pastor’s Pen

Final thoughts on Psalm 30.

Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.  Psalm 30:5

Child of God!  If you are going through a night of trial, think of tomorrow; lift your spirit with the thought of the Lord Jesus’ return.  Be patient for He is coming to take you into His glorious home.

Your head may be crowned with thorny troubles now, but it shall wear a starry crown before long; your hand may be filled with cares-it shall sweep the strings of the harp of heaven soon.  Your garments may be soiled with dust now; they shall be white before long.  Charles H Spurgeon

Although weeping may endure through the night, take comfort in the fact that the night itself will not endure forever.
